Artificial Intelligence Chatbots

An artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot is an automated system that interacts with users by providing responses based on either pre-defined rules or variations of machine learning (“AI Chatbot”). Zebra may implement AI chatbots on its website. Zebra will clearly indicate when users are interacting with an AI Chatbot. All AI Chatbots enabled on the website are designed for specific functions relevant to website end users. These AI Chatbots are domain-specific and specifically trained to understand only Zebra-related information; they are not general-purpose AI systems or large language models (LLMs).

Zebra takes great care to ensure that the enablement of AI Chatbots is reliable, safe, and auditable. Users must refrain from attempting or performing any Prohibited Conduct while using an AI Chatbot.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")

Zebra Technologies Corporation (“Zebra”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. The Your Edge blog is a place for thought-provoking, two-way discussions about the issues, trends and opportunities impacting your business. Zebra invites you to share your stories, best practices, lessons learned and more with the Zebra team and other Your Edge readers.

However, Zebra wants to note that all comments posted to Your Edge will be moderated and are subject to approval prior to publication. Zebra reserves the right to edit or delete any comments that violate the terms below.
