ZeroLiner direct thermal paper linerless labels
ZeroLiner 1100D is our entry-grade liner-free option designed for use in standard shipping and logistics applications. The media is ideal for use in Zebra desktop printers with low-medium print volumes. This product has good smear and scratch resistance due to the siliconized topcoat of the face material. Continuous rolls enable variable label lengths to be used without changing media in the printer.
ZeroLiner Benefits
The absence of a liner means that rolls contain more labels. Also, linerless labels are a more sustainable print option as no backing waste is produced (which can end up in landfill), and fewer rolls, boxes and pallets are needed to ship labels. Furthermore, safety is improved (there are no piles of liner on the floor which create trip hazards), costs are reduced because there is no waste to process. Additionally, productivity is increased as end users have fewer roll changes to perform and can work faster when applying labels which don’t need to be separated from a liner.
The manufacturing journey of ZeroLiner labels is significantly shorter than that of traditional labels, resulting in overall CO2 savings through transport and manufacturing.

The ZeroLiner 1100D is compatible with Zebra direct thermal desktop printers, providing all the benefits of direct thermal printing, with no ribbon to stock, monitor and replenish, with the added benefit of having no liner to dispose of.

Zebra’s linerless printers feature specially designed platen rollers and cutters.Zebra’s ZeroLiner labels are created to give the best performance by printer type.
• Industrial printers – require media that is suited to high volume printing and cutting. Typically used in demanding environments where speed and consistency are essential and interruptions must be avoided.
• Desktop printers – require a fuss-free media solution that can perform well with minimal wear and tear on cutters and platen rollers.
• Mobile printers – need media which feeds smoothly without adding stress to the motor, limits adhesive contamination and adheres well for the intended application.
