The 3600 Wax-Resin ribbon delivers exceptional durability and print clarity. Its formulation provides very high resistance to smudging and scratching, ensuring that your labels remain legible and scannable throughout their lifecycle. This ribbon’s key benefits include excellent compatibility with various substrates and the ability to maintain very good printing quality even at high speeds, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications.
This ribbon excels in print quality across different media, including rough papers, coated papers, and synthetics. It consistently produces sharp, clear images for both 0° and 90° barcodes, as well as for small characters, ensuring high readability and scanability.
The print is highly resistant to abrasion and can withstand heat up to 150°C (302°F), offering robust performance for labels that face challenging environmental conditions. This level of resilience makes it suitable for applications where labels are exposed to frequent handling or moderate environmental stressors.
For optimal performance, the 3600 Wax Resin Ribbon is designed to work with a maximum print speed of 15 ips (380 mm/s). The recommended heat settings on the printer can be adjusted from low too high to achieve the desired print density and quality on different substrates.
