The Solution

This alliance integrated Catch's intelligent personalization platform with Zebra PS30 Personal Shopper devices and ET45 enterprise tablet. This synergy empowered Tiv Ta’am with the ‘cheat code’ to deliver tailored, individualized experiences for shoppers, unlock novel revenue streams, optimize their operations, reveal hidden data, and revolutionize their retail media gameplan.

Catch’s AI platform was integrated into Zebra’s PS30 and ET45 devices, enabling real-time personalization at every interaction point. The platform analyzed shopper behavior and preferences to deliver AI-Driven personalized recommendations and promotions, all running seamlessly on Zebra hardware. These devices serve as a new digital ad surface, allowing brands to reach audiences in-store with precision. Coupled with first-party data, captured through the Zebra devices that delivered the performance and durability needed to operate in high-traffic retail environments, the platform creates specific in-store audiences and personalizes the shopper experience, utilizing the PS30 as a direct to customer touchpoint.

The deployment of Catch's AI platform, on Zebra technology devices, yielded significant, measurable improvements for Tiv Taam. The AI-driven recommendations, delivered in real-time, significantly increased average transaction value and the uplift in average basket size, for a test group, compared to the previous year, was nearly 5%. The automation of checkout options has helped alleviate the pressure caused by the shortage of labor and they have realized a higher revenue per square foot. In addition, Tiv Taam witnessed a 70% adoption rate amongst active shoppers.
