Celebrating the Impact of Our Culture on Customers and Communities

Zebra’s inclusive, innovative culture ensures our employees are empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day.

At Zebra, we are committed to creating and maintaining a strong culture in which every employee is seen, heard, valued, and respected. We are invested in providing our employees the opportunity to build fulfilling careers and make a positive impact on our colleagues, customers, partners, and communities. Together, we do our best work, and this is evident in the many awards and honors that Zebra received in the second half of 2023:

We also congratulate our team members who were named to the Institutional Investor’s 2023-24 All-America Executive Team, placing among the top performers in our sector in these categories:

  • Company Board

  • Best CEO

  • Best CFO (Nathan Winters)

  • Best IR Professional (Michael Steele)

  • Best IR Team

  • Best IR Program

In addition, there were several Zebra employees and partners recognized for their creative ideas, leadership and allyship:

  • Bill Cate, who has long led our channel partner program and now heads up product marketing and channel ecosystem strategy, has been honored with the 2023 Channel Lifetime Achievement Award by Channelnomics and Channel Focus.

  • Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive named Kelly Nothaft as a recipient of the 2023 Women in Supply Chain award, which honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

  • Cristen Kogl, Zebra’s Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary was named to the GC Powerlist: Illinois 2023.

  • Our Chief Security Officer, Mike Zachman, “took home the gold” for the Women in IT Awards USA Edition in the category of Ally of the Year. He was also honored as part of HMG Strategy’s Global Leadership Recognition Program and a winner of the 2023 Top 100 CISOs award.

  • Stony Brook University named Scott Froehlich, Zebra’s Senior Director of Operations, as its Diversity Champion.

  • Rhonda Green, Escalations Specialist in Zebra’s sales organization and the IEEE Long Island Chapter Chairperson, earned the prestigious Diamond Award from LISTnet for her leadership and involvement in the greater Long Island technology community.

  • Together with our partner BicData, Zebra won the GS1 Brasil Automation Award in the “Market Application in Complete Store Management” category. We were recognized for the hybrid barcode and RFID solution we implemented for – and with - the sports store chain Centauro.

  • One of our EMEA partners, Cobalt Systems, won the award for “Innovative Processing System” at the PPMA awards for a print and apply solution Cobalt Systems deployed at Zebra’s Preston Label Factory using Zebra fixed industrial scanners and print engines.

  • Zebra was named to the CRN Edge Computing 100 list.

  • Zebra DNA Cloud and Zebra Workcloud were also named to the CRN Cloud 100 List.

  • The Stockies UK awarded the DC/POS Device of the Year to Zebra for the ZT411 label printer.

When asked why I’m so encouraged about the future, it’s because we have a strong culture and an even stronger commitment – along with our partner community – to our customers’ success in 2024 and beyond.
