Winning Together: How Partnership Fuels Our Shared Success

Bringing our partners together from across Latin America for our Channel Partner Summit always creates a unique and powerful reminder that our greatest achievements happen when we work in concert toward a common goal. It reinforces a fundamental truth: we need to do this together. As a company that relies on its channel partners to help drive our business in Latin America, our success is intrinsically linked with the success of our partners.

In a recent video briefing from the summit, I discussed the path forward for our region. It involves a strategy of evolution, investment, and, most importantly, execution. Here are a few highlights from that conversation along with my perspective on how we will continue to win, together.

The Path to Greater Profitability

For years, we built a strong foundation in core verticals like retail. While that remains a vital part of our business, we believe true growth and profitability for our partners lie in expanding our collective reach. We must look toward new opportunities in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce. These industries face immense pressure to modernize, and they need the expertise that our partners provide, backed by the industry’s leading technology portfolio. And we continue to make significant investments in our portfolio to help our partners capture these opportunities.

Putting a Connected Frontline to the Test

We often discuss how our solutions digitize and automate workflows, but what does that look like in practice? A powerful experiment conducted by one of our largest customers in Latin America, a supermarket chain with over 1,800 stores, provides a compelling answer.

They wanted to understand the real-world impact of equipping their frontline workers. They tested several scenarios, but one stood out. In a set of stores, they equipped 50 collaborators with 50 of our mobile devices, creating a fully connected frontline where every key worker had a digital touchpoint.

The result? A stunning 12% reduction in the cost of operations in those stores. This simple, data-driven test proves how optimizing workflows with the right technology delivers a rapid, measurable return on investment. And it shows what’s becomes possible when organizations invest in their people and their processes.
