Z-Band Direct Lite
Durable, lightweight patient identification wristband
Patient identification wristbands that fail to scan can impact patient safety and the ability to provide timely patient care. That’s why many hospitals are choosing Zebra thermal hospital wristbands – proven to improve patient ID accuracy and operational efficiency point-of-care services. Zebra’s supplies research and development team has worked with our coatings suppliers to develop a wristband that stands up to not only moisture, but a wide array of hand sanitizers to ensure optimum image durability and scanning performance. And with over three billion patients identified since 1998, you can rely on Zebra to ensure the optimum image durability and scanning performance that your caregivers require. Providing safe, secure, and positive patient identification in healthcare environments, the Z-Band Direct Lite is gentle on sensitive skin with a more comfortable feel, with the same durability as the Z-Band Direct. This wristband is also lighter and thinner than the Z-Band Direct, ideal for short-term hospital stays.
The Z-Band Direct Lite is a direct thermal material, meaning no ribbon is required for printing. It is available in roll format and compatible with the desktop ZD600 and ZD400 series printers.
The Z-Band Direct Lite features a silver antimicrobial coating that protects the wristband from degradation.
The Z-Band Direct Lite is designed with comfort in mind. Suitable for the identification of patients with sensitive skin, this wristband provides a lighter, more comfortable feel on patients’ wrists with resistance to weak and some moderate chemicals typically found in hospitals such as hand sanitizers.
A barcode that fails to scan jeopardizes patient safety and staff productivity. That’s why we design, produce and rigorously pre-test our own line of thermal printing supplies to ensure consistent, optimized performance. We utilize an ISO 9001 certified, 23-point quality inspection to ensure consistent quality. You get optimum image durability and scanning performance- ensuring first-scan readability even for narrow barcodes.
Provide safe, secure and positive patient identification with the Z-Band Direct Lite.
