Registration for Customers

To take advantage of the repair order portal features users must register and be approved for access​. 

Step 1: Access the registration page.

Step 2: Type your preferred business email address in the Email Address field. By using a personal email address your request will require further validation resulting in a longer process time.

Step 3: Click on Next.

Step 4: Check your inbox for the verification email.

Step 5: Submit the Verification code.

Step 6: Enter User and Security information. All mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*)

Step 7: Please read and check the relevant box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 8: Submit and Continue.

Step 9: Populate the required information in the General User Information and the Company Information section. Kindly please note that providing your Company Number allows us to process your request without further delays.

Step 10: Review all entered details and Submit your request.

The registration review and approval process takes up to 24 hours. A confirmation email is sent once the access request is approved.
