Implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

This change does not apply to Zebra Partners or end customers who already utilize Multi-Factor Authentication.

Starting July 1, 2026, Zebra is implementing mandatory email-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) in phases over the coming weeks for accessing any Zebra tools or sites that require Single Sign On (SSO), including the Zebra Support Center and the Repair Order Portal (accessed through the Zebra Repair page).

What is Multi-Factor Authentication?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security standard that adds a second layer of protection to your account. Each time you log into a Zebra SSO-enabled site, you will be prompted to enter a one-time verification passcode that is sent to the email that is associated with your Zebra account. This passcode is valid for 10 minutes and is required to access Zebra SSO-enabled sites.

Important Notes:

  • Email Access Requirement: Because verification passcodes are sent directly to the email address registered to your Zebra account, you must have active access to this inbox to retrieve the passcodes.
  • Account Recovery & Registration: If you can no longer access your registered email address, please create a new account. You can do this by clicking the ‘Register’ button on the Zebra Support Center. For future authentication, please ensure you register with an email address you can access regularly to retrieve MFA passcodes.

Multi-Factor Authentication is a critical security measure in today’s digital landscape, and we are confident this additional step will help minimize the risk of data security breaches or attacks.

If you have issues or require further support about MFA, please contact Zebra’s Portal Support team at Portal.Support@zebra.com.
