Download Zebra Setup Utilities
for Microsoft Windows from:
www.zebra.com/setup
Step 3
Run the executable file.
NOTE: If your computer prompts you for
permission to run the file, click the
appropriate button to allow it to run.
Step 4
Follow the prompts
in the installation wizard.
NOTE: The screen will be a little
different if you already had ZSU
installed. Select the option to
"Repair Application" to install
the newer version.

Select Printer screen:
Model and resolution are on a part number
sticker on your printer in the following format:
Part Number: XXXXXxY - xxxxxxxx
XXXXX = printer model
Y - printer resolution
Printer Options screen:
Change the printer name if desired
Select printer port. The port should match
your printer connection:
USB connection: port will start with USB
Network connection: IP address (xx.xx.xx.xx)
(may also have WSD or network in description)
If you get a "Printer Offline" error after setup,
try a different port connection
Insert power cord into printer and electrical outlet.
Turn on power switch.
Click "Finish" in Zebra Setup Utilities.
