Launching Soon: Zebra’s New Support Center

On December 8, 2025, Zebra will introduce a new one-stop portal for its partners and end customers to obtain support. The new Zebra Support Center is a modern, user-friendly platform that enables quick access to self-service tools, information and assisted support from Zebra.

What’s Changing and Other Highlights

Main Areas of Change
User Interface & ExperienceZebra’s current Support Community portal will evolve to become the new support center. It will be redesigned with a new look and feel, featuring standardized navigation, layout structure, and components.
AI-Powered Self-Service Tools

The following tools have been enhanced to provide quick responses to your support inquiries.

  • Support AI Assistant: Use this enhanced search bar to obtain answers to common questions about Zebra support, summarizing content from Zebra’s rich knowledge base (e.g. knowledge articles, websites, documentation etc.) to resolve queries.
  • Services Virtual Assistant: Engage in a conversation with the Virtual Assistant for clear, context-aware answers for support queries. The tool provides guidance, directs you to relevant pages, and answers questions about Zebra hardware and software products, as well as services.
Online Support Request Forms

Once the new support center is launched, users MUST log in to access and submit an online support request form for the following:

  • Technical Support
  • Repair Inquiry
  • Printer Software License Reset
New Enhancements and Features
Registration ProcessGet instant access to log in to the new support center when you register for an account.
Product and Support LinksAccess drivers, software and downloads, user guides and manuals, submit repair requests or check warranty status on the main page of the new support center.
AlertsEasily see important updates or information, and required actions when users are logged in.
Support Center GuideBrowse resources like in-portal self-service walkthroughs, quick-start and how-to guides, and FAQs for smoother onboarding and a more intuitive support experience.
Important Notes!
  • Service and support from Zebra to its partners and end customers remain unchanged.
  • Partners and end customers who already have Zebra Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials will use their existing ‘username’ and ‘password’ to log in to the new support center.
  • Once the new support center goes live on December 8, 2025, users who visit Zebra’s Support Community will be redirected to the new support center.
  • Most of Zebra’s existing main tools and features on Support Community (e.g. ‘Request a Repair’, ‘Warranty Check’, ‘Ask the Community’ etc.) will continue to be available in the new support center. However, several tools and features may be renamed, redesigned or reclassified to ensure clarity and ease of use for support center users.

The new support center will deliver a frictionless and intuitive digital support experience, streamline support workflows, reduce inefficiencies and enable faster resolutions with artificial intelligence (AI) and automation.
