Global marketing has added four new members to the team.

The corporate office of our global marketing team has added four new members.

Drew Nathanson is our new market research manager, based out of our Lincoln, R.I., office. Drew is responsible for the execution of Zebra's high-priority global market studies, delivering the implications of their results into the strategic planning process and managing the Market Research team.

Drew has more than 13 years of market research and consulting expertise, most recently working for VDC Research Group in their AIDC division. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston and a Bachelor of Science in biology from Clark University in Worcester, Mass. Drew can be reached at anathanson@zebra.com .

As the global brand marketing manager, Peter Ribolzi drives the development of the Zebra brand and acts as the "go-to" authority on all things brand-related. He additionally supports global marketing communications, including product launches.

Peter comes to us with extensive brand management experience, both in-house and agency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. Peter can be reached at pribolzi@zebra.com .

Nick D'Alessio has joined Zebra as global practice leader, retail. Nick is responsible for the development of the global retail market strategy and priorities, with the objective of creating substantial revenue growth from new and existing solutions. He will also identify new opportunities for Zebra's current and future products within the retail marketplace, as well as develop expanded partnerships that help maximize our success in this high-growth market.

Nick comes to Zebra from Dell, where during his fourteen-year tenure, he held positions including product design engineer & development manager, technology strategist for digital signage, retail vertical brand manager and, most recently, as the vertical marketing strategist for Dell's retail practice. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Purdue University (IUPUI) in West Lafayette, Ind., and an MBA in marketing from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. Bethany Spencer is Zebra's new Internal Communications Manager. Bethany is responsible for internal communications programs, and she will work closely with the regions and the global team to help employees understand and live the Zebra brand. Some of her responsibilities include management of the myZebra site, the Community Relations program and leadership communications support, including involvement in town hall meetings.

Bethany comes to Zebra from Winthrop University, where she held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as the assistant director of marketing and web communications. She previously worked as a communications specialist at the IT firm Blackbaud. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science in integrated marketing communication from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C., and a Master of Science in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.
