Pharma retailer automates task assignments and streamlines communications
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Nov. 13, 2023 – Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), a leading digital solution provider enabling businesses to intelligently connect data, assets, and people, today announced that Farmacity, the largest pharma retailer in Argentina, selected Zebra’s Workcloud Task Management, formerly Reflexis Task Management, to increase staff effectiveness and productivity at its stores.
After facing the challenges brought by the pandemic, Farmacity realized the need to increase real-time visibility into the activities happening across its stores and ensure consistent processes and task completion to drive workers’ attention on customer service and satisfaction. The retailer deployed Workcloud Task Management to digitize and automate assignments related to updating special offers and promotions as well as conduct systematic audits and check stock availability.
