Specifications

Character Limit/Usage:

There isn’t a strict character limit for the Bulleted List component, but it is best used for short and easily digestable copy. We recommend keeping the number of bullets to five or less.

Authoring Instructions

Below is a list of the configuration options:

  • The configuration enables you to add a bulleted list title and the bullet body text. 
  • Please note that after five bullets, the component automatically adds a 'see more' link, forcing the user to click to see the additional bullets.

SEO Guidance

The titles of this component default to H5 and cannot be changed. If you would like to add a main title above this component, we would recommend using a heading tag that is one level above (H4).

For SEO optimization, please incorporate relevant keywords naturally within the bulleted items. If it's a very important target term, it's good practice to bold that term. Last but not least, keep each bullet point concise and to the point. 

Styling Options and Design Instructions

This component has a default syle of transparent which is what is generally used on Zebra.com. 

Other color themes include White, Gray 50, and Gray 100 for special use cases. The Black styling option should not be used as there is no ability to change the font color to white.
