Support Policies

While the location of Enterprise support content will move, our support policies will remain the same.

Some content is only available for download within the warranty period or with a Zebra OneCare contract. Learn more about Zebra's policies below.

User Accounts

If you had an active user account on the enterprise portal linked to a service contract(s), you should have received an email from Zebra that contained details about your account login. If you did not recieve an email or are new to, please register below.

Partner Access

If you are a Partner, contact your Partner Administrator to register, or reach out to the Partner Interaction Center for help.
