This area of its business has seen massive growth in recent years, with shifting customer demand resulting in more packages being processed than ever. Management had to rethink the technology platform underpinning its processes, which led them to adopt Zebra devices.

Singapore Post uses two different Zebra devices, reflecting the evolving nature of its business. The company has observed rapid growth in parcel delivery services, while mail delivery services are declining. Workers on motorbikes deliver smaller packages and letters using the TC26 compact mobile computing device, whereas workers delivering larger parcels from vans use the TC57x.
