Important Update: Effective July 1, 2026, Zebra is implementing mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security. Learn more.

Implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

This change does not apply to Zebra Partners or end customers who already utilize Multi-Factor Authentication.

Starting July 1, 2026, Zebra is implementing mandatory email-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) for accessing any Zebra tools or sites that require Single Sign On (SSO), including the Zebra Support Center and the Repair Order Portal (accessed through the Zebra Repair page).

What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Multi-Factor Authentication is a security standard that adds a second layer of protection to your account. Each time you log into a Zebra SSO-enabled site, you will be prompted to enter a one-time verification passcode that is sent to the email that is associated with your Zebra account. This passcode is valid for 10 minutes and is required to access Zebra SSO-enabled sites.

Multi-Factor Authentication is a critical security measure in today’s digital landscape, and we are confident this additional step will help minimize the risk of data security breaches or attacks.
