Zebra is all about people helping people make life better. In some cases, it means building a more inclusive community at work where everyone feels they belong. In others, it’s about strengthening the communities in which we live and work or protecting our environment. Because here, we’re better together.

Our Employee Resource Group and community initiative leaders make up our council, which is sponsored by C-suite leaders. The council oversees strategy and governance.

Employee Resource Groups

As part of our culture of belonging, Zebra has established ten Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Each is led by a senior Zebra leader, and open to all employees. Our ERGs provide a space for support, the sharing of ideas, career advice, trends, and related information.

The team at Zebra supports many meaningful causes that impact our community. Here are some of the ways you can help us make a difference for those communities where we live and work.

Employee Impact: Four paid days to volunteer

Spend four full days a year volunteering for a cause of personal meaning—and get paid for it. Every full-time Zebra around the world is eligible to participate in this impactful program.
 
You can also earn donations for eligible causes you support by volunteering. Zebra gifts $200 USD (or equivalent in local currency) for every eight hours of volunteer time outside regular business hours, up to $800 for 32 hours of service annually per employee.
