Support for Matrox Imaging Software and Products
When you need support for your Matrox Imaging product, Zebra provides a variety of options to assist you with getting help.
Please choose from one of the following support options:
Technical support is available for registered users of Matrox Imaging products.
Please register your software before requesting technical support.
Note: MIL-Lite X users can access one year of free technical support, with further paid options available.
For registered users, the following options are available to request technical support.
Option 1:
Submit a Technical Support Request Online
Access the Contact Us Form to submit a request for technical support. You will be prompted to answer a series of questions to help us troubleshoot your issue.
Upon submission of the form, you will receive an email confirmation, and your request will be assigned a case number for tracking. A Zebra Support representative will follow up with you by phone or email to help you with your inquiry.

Zebra Support representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST
Option 3:
Alternatively, you may contact a local Matrox Imaging Representative for support.
When you need to obtain a repair or replacement for your Matrox Product, you can submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request online.
Access the RMA Request Form to submit your request. You will need to either login or register for a user account to submit your RMA request.
Note: You will be redirected to the Matrox Imaging website to submit your RMA request.
The following features and functions are available using Zebra’s Support Community. Users must register to access the Support Community to take advantage of these functions.
Partners participating in Zebra’s PartnerConnect Industrial Automation Program should contact their Partner Administrator to access the Support Community. If you do not know who your partner administrator is, please contact Zebra’s Partner Interaction Center for assistance.
