Available Now! Use the Repair Order Portal to submit repairs for all Zebra devices.

Zebra’s Repair Order Portal is now the standard way to request and track repairs for mobile computer, scanning devices, and printers in Mexico and Brazil. One-time registration is required to use the Repair Order Portal, even for users who are set up for other Zebra sites and tools. Follow the easy instructions under the “Need an Account?” section below. Partners, please contact your Zebra Partner Administrator for access.

Customers in Brazil: Registration is required for the Repair Order Portal, even if you previously had access to the Brazil Repair Portal.

Now effective in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico: A new process for per incident (billable) repairs. This time-saving process applies only to repair of Zebra devices that are not covered by an active Zebra OneCare Support Service contract or Zebra hardware warranty. Check the coverage of your device using Zebra’s Warranty and Zebra OneCare contract check tool. Simply conduct a search by the device serial number to display warranty and contract details. If the device is not covered under warranty or Zebra OneCare contract, Zebra offers per incident repair service.

Zebra’s standard process for requesting repair return requests is to use the Repair Order Portal above. On an exception basis, partners and customers may use the following manual process:

  1. Download the Repair Form .zip file
  2. Email the completed form to the email address stated on the Repair Form
  3. A Zebra agent will create a Repair Order (RMA) number for your request
  4. Print and attach the shipping manifest received from Zebra support to your device before shipping
