Our Process For Printer Repairs in Mexico Is Changing

Starting July 16th, printer repairs for Zebra customers in Mexico will be migrating to a new repair portal. It's part of Zebra's ongoing effort to integrate our regional systems into a single, centralized hub for repairs. 

Customers in other locations within Latin America will be migrating to the printer repair portal at a later date. The repair submission process for mobile computing and scanning devices is not changing at this time. Please continue to check this page for updates.

If your product is in need of repair, Zebra offers repair services for products that are under warranty, covered by a service contract or through a per-incident repair charge.
