Mobility Lifecycle Management boosts performance and availability of devices for the UK’s largest independent mail and parcels company

Mobility Lifecycle Management (MLM) from Motorola Solutions (NYSE – MSI) is a service aimed at enterprises that want to use mobile devices to transform their business operations. By leaving the complex task of lifecycle management to a trusted advisor who can deliver a predictable performance and cost, customers can focus their internal resources on core activities.

With more organizations deploying consumer device-based applications in business environments, the number of mobile-device portfolios is expanding along with the complexity of managing them. The UK Mail Group is an independent parcels, mail and logistics services company based in the United Kingdom, offering innovative delivery solutions both locally and worldwide. With a national network of more than 52 sites and 2,500 vehicles, UK Mail needed a mobile strategy to help monitor employees and their devices.
