Ferreira Costa deployed more than 650 enterprise-class Android™-based Zebra TC20 mobile computers to support its omnichannel strategy and equip its store and distribution center associates with the technology needed to improve the shopping experience. The mobile computing solution from Zebra has increased the efficiency of Ferreira Costa’s employees by providing all the necessary information in the palms of their hands to deliver better customer service while also offering suggested complementary products to help increase sales.

Store associates are now able to quickly locate products, check prices and conduct mobile point of sale (MPOS) transactions, helping shoppers check-out faster. Previously, Ferreira Costa’s store associates were forced to move shoppers to the customer service desk, which led to unnecessary lines and waiting.
