Established in 2012 to honor a revolutionary developer of supply chain standards across multiple industries, this award is given to a member of the industry who has made outstanding contributions to the development of automatic identification and data communications (AIDC) applications in materials handling and logistics in the supply chain. During his 30-year career, Mark has helped businesses optimize their supply chain operations with edge solutions that utilize AIDC technologies to help reduce errors, improve productivity, and optimize everyday workflows. Since joining Zebra, Mark has led Zebra’s efforts to adapt mobile technology to the warehouse user’s needs including audio requirements and accessories for voice-directed use.
At Zebra, Mark represents the voice of the customer in the development of supply chain solutions that help them discover efficiencies and profitability across their entire operations. He also holds a patent on a design for an all-in-one wearable headset for voice-directed applications.
